Tucked in the quiet, historic Sol Legare community, this is a two-story family home built for the way families actually travel: a downstairs king suite for the grandparents, two rooms upstairs for the kids, two living rooms so everyone has somewhere to land, and a screened porch made for morning coffee and slow evenings.

It's about ten minutes to Folly Beach and fifteen to downtown Charleston — close to everything, without downtown prices or crowds. And because a family of six lives here between guests, it's genuinely stocked for one: a full kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and even beach chairs and a beach wagon waiting in the garage.

Where exactly is the house?

In the quiet Sol Legare community of Charleston — about 4 miles (10 minutes) from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from downtown. It's near the beach, not on it, which is what keeps it affordable. You'll get the exact address once your booking is confirmed.

How do I pay if not through Airbnb?

Once we confirm your dates, we email you a secure Stripe payment link — the same trusted card processor the big platforms use — along with a short rental agreement. Simple and safe.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Self check-in is at 4:00 PM via a keypad, and check-out is 11:00 AM. We'll send your door code before you arrive.

Is it good for families?

It's built for them — sleeps 8, stocked for a family of six, two living rooms, a big yard, and beach chairs and a wagon in the garage so you don't have to pack them.

Do you allow pets?

Not at this time — the yard isn't fully fenced. Reach out if you have questions.

Is there parking?

Yes — free off-street parking in the driveway plus a one-car garage. No parking stress.

What's the minimum age to book?

The booking guest must be at least 20 years old and part of the stay.

What about cancellations?

We're a family and we'll always try to work with you. The full cancellation policy is spelled out in your rental agreement before you pay a cent.
